Leasing and compliance operations for affordable housing, aligning tenant processes with Section 8 rules, audits, and turnover while ensuring rent integrity and property upkeep.
- Leasing Operations: market apartments, interview and show properties, assess background, collect deposits, and explain occupancy terms.
- Compliance and Audits: assemble Project-Based Section 8 packets, maintain PHFA/HUD documents, and address findings with Regional Manager review.
- Property Operations: collect rent on time, manage move-outs and turnover, issue notices, and ensure a clean, safe community.
