Job Description

About the Project

We are building an AI-powered interactive entertainment platform reimagining how people play and create. Think “TikTok for playable content” — where anyone can create, play, and share mini-games or interactive stories as easily as posting a short video.

Our mission is to make creation as effortless and joyful as consumption. One tap to create, one swipe to play — every click should make you want one more.

Backed and incubated within a larger organization, we operate as an independent, fast-moving startup team — blending AI innovation, creative culture, and global ambitions (targeting the U.S. market).

About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager who deeply understands US local culture and content to lead the product's community launch, growth, and ecosystem development in the US market.

You will act as the key bridge between the platform and US creators & users, developing and executing localized community strategies to drive user engagement, content creation, and community health.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Community Launch & Growth

  • Lead the 0-1 community launch in the US market with phased growth strategies
  • Identify and onboard early core creators and content contributors to build seed user base

(2) Creator Operations

  • Establish a tiered creator management system and maintain relationships with top/potential creators
  • Design creator incentives (challenges, hashtags, leaderboards) to boost content volume and quality

(3) Content Ecosystem Development

  • Identify US local trends, pop culture, and content preferences to guide content direction
  • Set up content moderation and feedback loops to maintain community health

(4) User Engagement & Community Vibes

  • Drive user engagement through comment interaction, topic campaigns, and community events
  • Collect user feedback and collaborate with product and algorithm teams to improve UX

(5) Data-Driven Operations

  • Monitor core community metrics (DAU, upload rate, interaction rate, retention, etc.) and drive strategy iterations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3–6 years in community/user operations; experience in short-video or content community products is a strong plus
  • Must be familiar with US local culture, social media landscape, and young user behaviors; US education or work experience preferred
  • Native English proficiency with cross-cultural communication skills
  • Content-sensitive, skilled in trend spotting and topic planning
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and start-up mindset; able to thrive in an expat work environment
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to actual work, with genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging tech — self-driven to learn and explore AI-powered work solutions
