Job Summary

Own local community outreach and enrollment support by building partnerships, representing the school at events, and collaborating with admissions to generate leads; track impact and adapt outreach across markets.

  • Community & Partnerships: Develop relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community groups to drive awareness.
  • Events & Activation: Represent the school at events and job fairs to generate interest and enrollments.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track outreach activity and marketing performance to inform strategy and regional travel planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Prosperity Training Center and increase community engagement.
  • Create content (posts, photos, videos, flyers) for social media platforms to attract prospective students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
  • Represent the school at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and drive student enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to generate leads and support enrollment goals.
  • Track outreach efforts and provide reports on community engagement and marketing performance.
  • Travel locally (and occasionally regionally) to support outreach initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, outreach, public relations, or community engagement.
  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to travel within the region for outreach activities.
Nice to have
