Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Talk Hoops: Engage in daily conversations across social media (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok) about NBA, WNBA, and local pickup culture.
  • App Advocacy: Introduce the ATH app to players looking for runs and help them understand how our platform makes finding a game easier.
  • Community Building: Identify and connect with local hoopers, court legends, and basketball enthusiasts to bring them into the ATH ecosystem.
  • Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on basketball memes, debates, and news to keep ATH relevant in the conversation.

Requirements

  • Deep Basketball Knowledge: You should know your stats, your history, and your local court etiquette.
  • Social Fluency: You’re comfortable jumping into comment sections and starting authentic conversations without sounding like a "bot" or a corporate ad.
  • Communication Skills: You can write clearly, with wit, and with the "hooper" voice that our community respects.
