Job Summary

Own neighborhood outreach and donor development by engaging residents, converting interest into monthly giving, and representing the nonprofit with integrity across a collaborative field team.

  • Community Outreach: speak with residents in local neighborhoods and introduce the organization with professionalism.
  • Donor Development: inspire ongoing monthly donations and sustain engagement with supporters.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Speak with members of the public in residential neighborhoods.
  • Share the work of respected nonprofit organizations.
  • Inspire people to become monthly donors.
  • Work alongside a supportive, energetic team.
  • Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Applicants must currently reside in Virginia and plan to continue residing in Virginia while employed.
  • No previous fundraising or sales experience is required.
