Responsibilities

• build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to enhance engagement efforts, drive referrals, and increase visibility of the agency’s mission across the region
• conduct outreach activities
• attend community events
• enhance partnerships
• provide outstanding customer service to clients and their families
• ensure their seamless integration into the care system
• coordinate educational sessions
• deliver training
• provide information on available services
• foster meaningful partnerships to enhance awareness and understanding of Kindly Direct Care’s mission and offerings

Requirements

• Strong Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills to represent the organization and develop lasting partnerships and relationships.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
• Experience in PA ODP and/or New Jersey DDD Home Care services
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
• Must be able to travel as needed across the region (NJ/PA) to support job function
• Experience in Community Education and Community Outreach to effectively engage and inform diverse audiences

Preferred

• Spanish bilingual
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Background in Education and Training to deliver informative sessions and workshops to staff and families
