Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Tradeshow Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and create a positive brand impression.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase product quality and functionality through hands-on demos or interactive experiences.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Connect interested partners with sales, gather contact information, and help influence purchasing decisions.
  • Setup and Logistics: Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event booths or displays, which may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Promotional Activities: Distribute promotional materials and manage prize draws or giveaways.

Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time; travel is a core part of this role.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills; comfortable interacting with new people.
  • Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced, changing event environments.
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of events, including standing for long periods and assisting with booth setup/breakdown.
  • Ability to learn and speak confidently about CyberFOX’s core products
  • Prior experience with events, tradeshows, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
