Your Role: Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC)
You’ll be the pulse of our Family Resource Center’s community outreach efforts-recruiting and mentoring volunteers, leading advisory councils, and designing events and trainings that spark real change. Whether you’re facilitating a Youth Action Council meeting, organizing a life skills workshop, or celebrating the wins of our volunteers, you’ll be driving a community agenda that uplifts and transforms.
Pay: $22.00/hour

Your Superpowers Include
- Turning ideas into action and meetings into movements
- Building bridges between residents, volunteers, and local organizations
- Leading with trauma-informed, resilience-oriented care
- Coordinating events, trainings, and outreach with precision and passion
- Documenting with clarity and compassion
- Advocating for equity, inclusion, and joy in every interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field OR 3+ years of experience in community engagement or volunteer coordination
- Strong knowledge of community resources and public/private services
- Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
