Job Summary

Own the health system events program end to end, from council staffing and materials to uncovering opportunities that boost Beebe visibility; build a community Speaker's Bureau and manage sponsor events with cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven planning.

  • Events governance: lead the Events Council, share strategy, and drive cross‑functional support.
  • Speaker's Bureau: develop and operate community access to clinical experts for learning and awareness.
  • Growth & partnerships: identify opportunities, coordinate sponsorship events, and tie outreach to priorities with regular reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with venue and partner contacts, staff events via the Events Council, and gather materials for event booths and spaces to raise Beebe awareness.
  • Lead the Event Council, a cross-functional group, sharing event strategy and driving support and participation.
  • Develop and operate a Speaker's Bureau for the community to engage with Beebe's clinical experts.
  • Coordinate sponsorship events as appropriate.
  • Support the Director and VP, Communications in focus groups, surveys, and related activities to measure public perception and awareness.
  • Maintain knowledge of system-wide services and programs to inform event planning and communications.
  • Research new event, speaking, and presentation opportunities aligned with health system priorities.
  • Participate in the annual Community Relations planning and budget development.
  • Prepare regular event reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize event outreach.
