What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)
Set appointments that matter
- You'll spend the bulk of your day on the phone, connecting with decision-makers at churches, senior living facilities, veterans' organizations, and civic groups. Every appointment you set opens the door for a community partnership and a bonus in your pocket
- You won't just make a call and move on. You'll follow up, build rapport, and turn first conversations into ongoing partnerships that keep the CEP program growing across the community
- You'll work closely with Account Managers to source leads and kick off new CEP partnerships, and with Planners across the team to share what's working
- You'll get better with every call, with ongoing training and coaching to grow your phone skills and confidence.

Requirements
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of sales experience or relevant phone-based experience
- Strong phone communication skills: clear, persuasive, comfortable with both positive and negative conversations
- Comfortable with PC operations and standard software (Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to sit and talk on the phone for extended periods using a headset
- Competitive hourly pay with unlimited monthly bonus potential based on volume and quality of appointments set
- Hybrid schedule, based primarily out of our Orem, UT office
- 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually
- Minimum 6-weeks paid parental leave
