Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, field leadership, commercial operations, management consulting, or program management within pharma or biotech.
Strong background in internal communications, field engagement, and commercial strategy.
Experience with brand strategy, pipeline product strategy, and launch planning preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams at multiple levels.
Professional certifications in leadership, project management (e.g., PMP), or advanced communication strategies (e.g., APR) are highly desirable
Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans that drive organizational success.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
Proven experience in sales operations, field effectiveness, or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, actionable updates and performance insights for diverse audiences specifically field teams.

Preferred

Professional certifications in leadership, project management (e.g., PMP), or advanced communication strategies (e.g., APR) are highly desirable
Experience with brand strategy, pipeline product strategy, and launch planning preferred.
