Overview of the Role

We are seeking an individual with a background in wireless communications systems and 5G technology to work out of our Washington DC location. You have subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: EW, LPI/LPD comms, 5G, or SATCOM. You will leverage your deep understanding of Tiami’s cutting edge 5G/6G solutions to design, architect, and demonstrate Tiami solutions for defense and intelligence community customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in person in the Washington DC area.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of wireless communications principles, 5G system architecture, RF planning, software-defined radios, TCP/IP networking, Linux, shell scripting, public cloud platforms like AWS.
• Ability to leverage GenAI to automate tasks.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• US citizenship is mandatory. Active security clearance is not required.
• Experience with defense/government customers is a bonus.
• Active FAA Part 107 license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform live demos of Tiami solutions for commercial and government customers anywhere in the world.
• Represent Tiami at trade shows and industry events.
• Support our marketing and founder teams with lead generation and outside sales.
• Shape, prepare, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00/per year

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, location, and experience.
