Job Summary

Own the Hub’s social and multi-channel communications program, translating strategy into content and community management with clear metrics and cross-unit collaboration.

Content & Social Ownership: lead day-to-day social strategy, planning, execution and evaluation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and partner units.
Workflow & Team Enablement: coordinate interns, designers, and campus partners, briefing assets and sustaining brand-aligned content.
Analytics & Insight: use Sprout Social/Meta Business Suite to track performance and drive data-driven recommendations.

Job Description

Own the day to day social and multi-channel communications program for the Hub, turning strategy into social content, community management and performance insights.

Own social strategy, planning, execution and evaluation across Instagram, LinkedIn and partner units with measurable engagement.
Coordinate with interns, designers and campus partners to brief assets, manage workflows and ensure brand-aligned content.
Use analytics to drive iteration and report performance with clear recommendations.
