Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts within the communications team to craft client communications, collaborate with and serve as a communications resource to the organization, and help education on our corporate voice and style along the way.
• - Create various communication in regard to changes and upgrades to SHAZAM products and services.
• - Demonstrate exceptional skill in written communications, including grammar, voice, mechanics, structure, consistency, conciseness, and empathy, while applying company and communication professional principles, standards, and best practices.
• - Follow project life cycle processes, attend and actively participate in corporate project meetings; review business requirements, assess and develop internal and external communication plans, and work with management and other subject matter experts to develop, approve, and distribute or publish assigned communication deliverables.
• - Adhere to current style templates to deliver on-brand and copyright-protected material.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in writing, editing, and business communications.
• Salesforce, Pardot, Act-On, or other CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and understand information pertaining to the financial services industry and its key players.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
