Responsibilities

• Lead and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
• Research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding
• Create and deliver engaging, multi-channel content (video, audio, visual, and written)
• Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency
• Manage projects and coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Build strong relationships with business teams and promote internal brand awareness
• Maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices aligned with company standards
• Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve communications and inform future strategies

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Bring a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-starter
• Set priorities, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure
• Apply strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high-quality content and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow
• Translate complex information into clear, useful insights tailored to the target audience
• Use tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and quickly learn new technologies
