Job Summary

Own and optimize the nonprofit communications engine across newsletters, website, social channels, and donor outreach to boost visibility and fundraising outcomes.

Branding and Messaging: keep consistent voice across newsletters, website, calendars, letters, press releases, and social content.
Content Production and Channels: draft materials, publish posts, and coordinate events, trainings, and donor communications.
Donor and Grants Cadence: support sponsorship outreach, fundraising campaigns, grant reporting, and board/Executive communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft and distribute the organization's bi-monthly electronic newsletter
Maintain and update the organizational website, online calendar, and digital communications
Develop promotional materials, flyers, brochures, presentations, and publications
Create content and manage organizational social media platforms
Draft letters, reports, press releases, and other written communications
Maintain consistent organizational branding and messaging across all communication channels
Manage the organization's Google Voice line and general communications
Maintain records and data within organizational databases and Google Drive
Assist with meeting preparation, trainings, workshops, board meetings, and events
Support event planning, registration, and participant communications

Requirements

Part-time position requires 20–25 hours per week
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with office technology including Email, Canva, Google Workspace, and Zoom
