Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement external communications that protect and promote ENGIE Impact’s corporate identity.
  • Execute communication plans, strong writing and editing skills, and a strategic mindset while delivering tactical results.
  • Support the development and delivery of external communications that promote the ENGIE Impact brand, public reputation, executive presence, and business successes.
  • Draft, edit, format, and post communications across multiple channels (e.g., social media, press releases, or website content), originating from a range of sources.
  • Maintain adherence to established brand guidelines and provide brand guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with relevant media contacts and liaise with external vendors to execute effective media relations.
  • Manage the ENGIE Impact corporate social media presence.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders, including executives, to coordinate social media campaigns, and lead the Brand Ambassador Program and Expert Initiative.
  • Support external crisis communications as needed; support vendor communications as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or other relevant fields
  • At least 3 plus years of professional experience
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills including excellent writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Willingness to build relationships and collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from across the business
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
