Communications Specialist (Clerical)

Responsibilities

• - Communication Management:
• - Handle and prioritize email and phone communications with IPS Recovery's partners.
• - Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
• - Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, addressing their inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs.
• - Utilize your knowledge of our services and treatment options to offer accurate information and guidance to partners, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.
• - Data Management:
• - Run and upload data reports accurately and on time.
• - Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
• - Appointment Scheduling:
• - Schedule and manage appointments for partners, ensuring proper coordination and preparation.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative or medical office coordination role.
• Strong background in handling email and phone communications professionally.
• Experience with data reporting and management is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
