Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build and manage an integrated communications calendar across channels and stakeholders
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute live events (Incl. ACT, MED, etc.), trade shows, customer ride-and-drives, and technology days
  • Coordinate messaging and materials to ensure a cohesive brand presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and follow-up opportunities
  • Support media relations efforts, including press materials and coordination of interviews
  • Identify and manage external speaking opportunities, including executive preparation and messaging
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all external communications
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related role, including student experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Experience with event planning, media coordination, and digital content creation
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and video editing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting communication metrics
