Job Summary

Lead community outreach efforts to promote the Coalition’s mission, craft engaging content, and drive family participation while supporting outreach materials and website updates, all within required education and screening constraints.

  • Develop content for newsletters, the coalition website and social media with branding and grant requirements.
  • Leverage data insights to increase family engagement in ELCNWF programs.
  • Support the Community Impact Director with website updates using WordPress.
  • Ensure compliance with education credentials and background checks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and participates in opportunities to promote the purpose, mission, and services of the Coalition in the community, as required by the grant agreement(s).
  • Develop content for newsletters, the coalition’s website and social media paying close attention to branding and grant requirements.
  • Leverage data insights to increase family engagement and participation in ELCNWF programs.
  • Monitor and interpret engagement metrics to develop targeted family outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with the design of outreach and awareness materials.
  • Develop relevant and compelling presentations tailored for specific audiences highlighting the importance of early childhood education and its impact on workforce development and community growth.
  • Support the Community Impact Director and Manager with changes to the Coalition’s website using WordPress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in early childhood education, marketing, or another relevant field required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in early education, marketing, customer service, or community outreach a plus
  • Verification of Required Education and/or Credentials
  • Level II Background Check
  • Drug Screen
  • Valid Florida Driver License
  • Valid Automobile Insurance – if applicable
  • Access to Reliable Transportation – if applicable
  • E-Verify
  • High Speed Internet Access that can be maintained daily, with at least 50Mbps when working in a secure home location
