Job Description
Responsible for a wide variety of communication needs including writing, editing, data analysis, and coordinating and updating communication collaterals for various strategic initiatives and client requests. This position helps to foster and improve messaging and communication for initiatives while maintaining positive relationships with project leaders. This role involves being an active member at Communication Department meetings and events. In addition, this position continually seeks opportunities to provide value to the Corporate Communications department.
Supports the communication needs of organizational strategic initiatives and client requests through effective writing, planning, coordination, design, and execution, monitoring project deadlines for consistent delivery. Executes communication audits as needed to contribute to approach and timeline for utilizing communication partners. Coordinates distribution of communication toolkits and other relevant materials. Develops materials to support go-lives as needed, monitoring execution and distribution to ensure accuracy and delivery to end-users. Develops post-implementation communication related to mass audience changes. Guides and directs assigned field communication champions on communication efforts and distribution timelines. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and resolves problems in early stages with minimal supervision. Works closely with supervisor to support communication requests. Completes tasks in a proactive manner, actively seeking ways to produce high-quality, efficient work, responds promptly to assignments and tasks as requested, and adheres to deadlines. Displays original thinking, seeks increased responsibilities, and demonstrates willingness to make sound and accurate decisions. Other duties as assigned. Creates materials to advance strategic initiatives while following brand standards and policies, keeping key messages consistent and standardized, escalating risks to supervisor and department leaders as appropriate. Writes clearly and informatively, edits work for spelling and grammar, and adapts writing style to meet needs.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong writing and editorial skills required.
• Working knowledge of graphic design principles and InDesign required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a MUST.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Moderate travel required.
• Ability to develop content for various communication vehicles, including speeches, talking points, presentations, and social media/thought leadership content.
• Executive presence and professionalism to interact regularly with top executives.
• Ability to articulate complex information in understandable and relatable terms to all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and project management skills with the ability to finish projects on deadlines.
• Ability to deal with information that may be confidential in nature.
• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution are important.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, skills, and procedures.

Pay Range
$49,718.59 - $92,468.74
