Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement with our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of communication strategies, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute content for various communication channels including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and media outlets to coordinate coverage and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication materials.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare communication reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
