Basic Qualifications
You will be the Communications Rep Staff for the MFC Transformation / 1LMX Communications team. Our team is responsible for supporting enterprise‑wide communications, including leading Model Based Enterprise (MBE), Digital Command Center, Transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Bachelors degree
- Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways
- Previous strategic communications experience managing multiple projects
- Experience leading projects and/or project teams

- Build relationships and translate technical concepts, training initiatives, and change‑management activities into clear messaging.
- Lead Model Based Enterprise (MBE) and Digital Command Center communications efforts.
- Support transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.
- Partner with communicators across the business to drive organizational‑design messaging.
