Job Summary

Own a branding and production workflow that keeps campus communications consistent, with a clear ownership of templates, print specs, and vendor coordination.

  • Brand Governance: Train departments, standardize templates, and enforce campus-wide branding compliance.
  • Production & Asset Ops: Manage Print Shop liaison, procurement bids, photography, and multimedia alignment with branding.
  • Project Oversight: Guide design/publication projects and ensure assets meet brand and strategic goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand governance and training across departments; develop standardized templates and ensure campus-wide branding compliance.
  • Oversee design publication projects to align with brand identity and strategic communications goals.
  • Coordinate with Print Shop and Multimedia Center to ensure timelines, quality standards, and assets meet branding requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in art, design, or related field) and a minimum of four years of experience; wide-ranging portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of typography and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac.
  • Knowledge of web-based design, including work with html templates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines within a creative team or independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, including proofreading and grammar.

Preffered

  • Knowledge of photography and videography.
