Job Summary

Own the end-to-end borrower communications lifecycle, turning legal and regulatory content into clear customer messaging while coordinating cross-functional teams to hit regulatory and brand standards.

  • Production & Governance: Manage intake to QA, including legal/compliance approvals and risk review.
  • Clarity & Consistency: Translate complex information and maintain tone, style, and branding across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Align stakeholders, schedules, and processes to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and implement borrower communications including letters, emails, website content, scripts, talking points, educational materials, and promotional content
  • Translate complex legal, regulatory, and business information into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Manage communication projects through the full production lifecycle, including intake, scoping, drafting, stakeholder reviews, legal/compliance approvals, risk review, implementation, and quality control
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet business and regulatory requirements
  • Review and revise existing borrower communications to improve clarity, consistency, and overall customer experience
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, style and messaging across all communication channels while adhering to brand standards
  • Conduct research, participate in meetings, and work within multiple internal systems and workflow tools to support communication initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional communications, marketing, public relations, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Candidates with equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it in a clear, concise, and customer-focused way
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within established procedures in a highly regulated industry
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology, systems, and internal applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
  • AP Style knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or design software preferred but not required
