Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing organization. This role will partner closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, executives, and a talented team of managers to advance our Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing functional area, client base, and corporate brand to further cement DIS as a trusted leader and creator of breakthrough communications and engagement approaches.

- The Program Manager shall perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel, possibly at multiple locations.
- The Program Manager shall demonstrate written and oral communications skills and play a key role in the development of strategies and tactics.
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for immediately informing the COR of personnel changes and the plan for immediate replacements, for overall supervision of the contract team including place of duty, administrative and specific task requirements.
- The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for all contracting actions, and this duty cannot be delegated to anyone except the alternate in the absence of the Program Manager.
- Master's degree or equivalent in one or more in the following fields of study: Communications; Public Relations, Public Health; or related Communications disciplines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- 10+ years of experience leading a team of program area experts delivering integrated communications solutions.
- Of the 10+ years, a minimum of five years working with the DoD.
- Specialized experience includes organizing, controlling and deploying key milestones, deliverables and resources from conception through retirement, according to the Government's goals.
- Combines the ability and resources to define, plan, implement, and integrate every aspect of the Communication effort across a broad and diverse population.
- Expert in managing and controlling resources, setting up processes, monitoring and measuring project results.
