Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit faculty and volunteers to facilitate their participation in alumni programs and events.
  • Develop contacts and maintain relationships with alumni, faculty, students, staff, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement a range of alumni events, programs, and services.
  • Coordinate operational and logistical planning of alumni events, activities, outreach efforts, and event registration.
  • Produce reports to evaluate performance of alumni programs and services
  • Recruit and oversee student workers and temporary/casual workers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills at building collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple projects.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C Driver's License.
  • Ability to drive day or night.
