Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support outreach efforts
  • Create engaging content highlighting services and impact
  • Produce video, website, and social media content by interviewing staff, attending trainings and team meetings, and capturing day-to-day moments across the organization
  • Representing Alaska Behavioral Health at community outreach events
  • Assisting with website updates and content revisions
  • Organizing photos and digital media
  • Supporting general communications and marketing projects as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in creating short-form video content for social media
  • Strong attention to detail and solid writing skills; proficiency in grammar and spelling
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Interest in mental health
  • Coursework in psychology or social work
