Job Summary

Own the Bandwidth audience engine by producing and distributing the newsletter, curating cross‑channel social content, and growing a reader/listener community across Beehiiv, LinkedIn/Threads/TikTok/X, and Discord.

Newsletter, content, and Discord community: own the distribution and engagement loop to turn readers into a community.
Metrics and optimization: track platform engagement and surface what works for content and posting cadence.
Research and topic support: inform health policy and AI trend coverage to stay relevant to the audience.

Job Description

Support production and distribution of The Bandwidth newsletter on Beehiiv, including formatting, scheduling, and performance tracking
Draft, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, and X
Help build and moderate a Discord community for engaged readers and listeners
Support podcast promotion: clip creation, show notes, cross-platform posting
Track engagement metrics across platforms and flag what's working
Assist with light graphic/content design for social and newsletter assets
Conduct targeted research on health policy and AI trends relevant to our audience
Support light project management: tracking content calendars, timelines, and task lists
