Responsibilities

• Develop captivating communication and marketing materials : Create compelling templates and copy for various communication initiatives
• Craft engaging written communications : Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages
• Provide meeting facilitation support : Ensure smooth operations and effective coordination of team meetings
• Conduct thorough research : Gather and analyze information to support strategic communications initiatives
• Maintain and update SharePoint platform : Ensure easy access to information and resources for the team
• Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts : Contribute to team recognition initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
• Collaborate on video creation projects : Contribute to special initiatives and multimedia content development
• Enhance communication skills : Gain practical experience in a fast-paced professional environment

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Communications, Marketing, English, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Graphic design experience
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Microsoft Office proficient
