Support the Communications team as a summer intern handling media outreach, clipping, and day-to-day operations.

Assist with media lists, press tracking, and drafting content
Must-have: strong writing and organizational skills
Hybrid schedule in DC or NYC with a chance to work on gun-violence prevention messaging

Assist the team in developing media lists and identifying new reporters from traditional and non-traditional media
Track incoming press requests and send daily clips
Support the team with drafting content and identifying new and emerging trends
Assist the team in its day-to-day operations

Organizational and strong writing skills required
Currently enrolled college students are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in the field is also welcome
Willingness to work with a growing team in a fast-paced, campaign-like environment
An interest in project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent writing abilities
An interest in gun violence prevention
Bilingual candidates, especially candidates with both verbal and written fluency in Spanish, will be strongly considered
