Responsibilities

• Monitor online platforms (e.g.review sites, news) for brand mentions
• Assist in tracking and organizing brand sentiment, feedback, and reputation-related trends
• Assist with drafting responses to customer reviews or inquiries under guidance
• Support marketing and communications initiatives that promote a positive brand image
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels
• Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends and brand perception
• Assist with reporting by compiling data and insights for the team
• Support general administrative and project tasks as needed
• Other marketing-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in brand management and reputation monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze information, and suggest well-thought-out solutions
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and online communication tools
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
