The Communications team is key to keeping all of our employees and retailers informed and engaged. Reporting to the Director, Communications, the Communications Intern role offers an opportunity for a highly collaborative and self-motivated student to advance the company’s strategic core. With strong attention to detail and a talent for crafting messages that resonate, your contributions will help amplify the team’s impact across the organization.
Work cross-functionally to generate content spanning a range of topics, including product launches, color and design innovation, marketing activations, business tools, supply chain updates, inclusion, belonging + social impact programs, benefits, learning and development opportunities and IT initiatives• Develop and implement content for a variety of media (e.g., newsletters, text messages, digital signage, virtual + live presentations, LinkedIn campaigns)• Assist in creating graphic designs and videos that enhance communication efforts• Manage content on the company intranet and retailer portal• Brainstorm topics, engagement activities and other creative concepts for community engagement events (employee + retailer), as well as employer brand content for talent acquisition and retention• Facilitate translation requests• Collect and analyze email metrics
Pursuing a degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field• Creative, collaborative and positive; vibes with the team and exhibits passion for excellence and quality work• Top-tier writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to execute clear, concise and accurate messages• Proactive with strong follow-up and attention to detail• Efficient time management; able to handle short- and long-term projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva; experience with or aptitude to learn additional platforms quickly (e.g., email, intranet/portal + SMS content management systems, Teams meetings/webinars)
