Job Description
Creek Technologies is seeking a Communications Integration Lead. This role ensures seamless coordination, alignment, and execution across teams to support organizational goals. The Communications Integration Lead bridges strategic planning with tactical event execution, ensuring that messaging, timelines, and program objectives are consistently aligned. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary liaison between Events and Strategic Communications teams, ensuring clear, continuous communication
- Lead regular coordination meetings to track progress, address challenges, and share updates across teams
- Align team responsibilities to ensure mutual understanding of goals, deliverables, and dependencies
- Integrate strategic communications objectives into event planning and execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and purpose
- Coordinate program milestones with event timelines, ensuring events support broader organizational initiatives
- Ensure branding, messaging, and event objectives align with overall program goals
- Synchronize event schedules with key organizational milestones such as launches, updates, and major initiatives
- Monitor progress across teams to ensure deadlines are met and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or execution risks proactively
- Facilitate collaboration to ensure the Events team receives the necessary strategic support
- Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and performance data to improve future efforts
- Provide insights from events to inform and refine strategic communications initiatives
- Keep internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed on progress, alignment, and risks
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale events such as conferences, trade shows, or corporate programs
- Experience managing multi-phase programs or projects with competing priorities
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with the full event lifecycle (planning, execution, and post-event analysis)
- Ability to work independently in a distributed or hybrid work environment
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Organizational Management, Strategic Management, or related field) preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project/program management certifications preferred
