Job Summary
The Communications & Documentation Lead helps capture and communicate the impact of Scion of Tabitha initiatives. This role focuses on storytelling, transparency, and documenting the organization's work.
Key Responsibilities
- Document initiatives through photos, videos, and written stories
- Collect beneficiary testimonials and impact narratives
- Assist in preparing simple impact reports
- Provide content materials for updates and reports
- Help maintain transparency and accountability through documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in storytelling, content creation, or nonprofit communications preferred
- Ability to write clear and compelling stories about community impact
- Basic photography or video documentation skills preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Passion for documenting and sharing meaningful impact
