Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Communications Generalist will be the primary coordinator of all communications that supports enrollment growth for the Graduate School of Theology.
  • This role will primarily support the work of recruitment marketing for on-campus and online admissions.
  • This role will also support the engagement of current students and bring continuity to the content and branding of all communications in the student lifecycle.
  • Work with the VP for Enrollment Management and the Director of Admissions & Marketing to prepare annual communication strategies aligned to Admissions goals, events, and deadlines.
  • Write copy for Graduate School social media, blogs, events, emails, website etc., in a voice that is academic, friendly, and missional
  • Coordinate with Augustine Institute web manager to create, populate and update Graduate School web pages that are informative, visually appealing, and drive lead generation
  • Curate content for Graduate School social media that documents the activities of the graduate school including student life, faculty talks, classes, and events through photography, video, and written articles
  • Create lead generation email campaigns in HubSpot that focus on compelling storytelling and address the problems/opportunities of our prospective students
  • Create effective graphics/advertisements for digital and print purposes
  • Execute and monitor digital ad campaigns, including Google
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience working in higher education, preferred
Preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or related CRM
  • Social Media marketing experience
  • Graphic design experience
