Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute the internal messaging, branding, and socialization strategy for Strategic Sourcing’s internal web properties and general contingent workforce information hubs.
• Audit, redesign, and restructure the user journey across web pages in alignment with current procurement policies.
• Rewrite layout copy and streamline navigation.
• Design an intuitive "front door" that cleanly directs employees to general sourcing resources, compliance rules, and data governance policies.
• Compile all currently posted EXT-related documents.
• Redesign content organization to form a single, cohesive FlexForce page.
• Make content highly digestible and align it with the new Flexforce 2.0 framework to ensure a seamless, branded experience for hiring managers.
