Job Summary
Own the mixed parish and school communications set: bulletin, websites and social, plus alumni data and student-led video/communication outputs.
- Parish/School Communications: Own coordination across the bulletin, website, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Alumni Engagement: Maintain the alumni database and align activities with messaging.
- Student Content & Design: Direct video work and ensure Canva-enabled materials for year-round communications.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the Parish Bulletin
- Maintaining the school website, Facebook and Instagram pages
- Maintaining the Church Facebook page as well as coordinating other communication platforms
- Coordinating the activities of the Alumni Association and maintaining its database
- Directing the students in various school videos and means of communication throughout the school year
Requirements
- The applicant must be versed in Canva software.
- Clearances will be required as well as other documentation if the position is offered.
- If the position is offered, the candidate will be required to complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
