Responsibilities

• Maintain communication calendars, message briefs, distribution lists, deadlines, approvals, and final versions in the Communications Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Draft and edit announcements, updates, newsletters, email communications, web copy, or stakeholder materials as assigned as part of the Communications Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts, managers, clients, or other stakeholders before distribution across advertising and campaign delivery in this Communications Coordinator position.
• Proofread communications for accuracy, tone, grammar, links, formatting, and consistency with approved messaging for the Harvest Advertising team as part of Communications Coordinator work.
• Publish or distribute approved communications and maintain organized records of final versions and updates while supporting advertising and campaign delivery in the Communications Coordinator role at Harvest Advertising.
• Track basic communication engagement or response information and prepare recurring summaries when requested as part of day-to-day Communications Coordinator responsibilities at Harvest Advertising.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and stakeholder-communication skills for the Communications Coordinator opening at Harvest Advertising.
• Comfort using email, word-processing, CMS, collaboration, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple communication deadlines and incorporate feedback accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, confidentiality, and source accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and version-control discipline.
