Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing press kits and publication materials (Project Descriptions, selection of images, processing of images, drawings, and credits).
  • Generation, editing, and dissemination of written, graphic, and media content. This includes content needed to support marketing/business development efforts.
  • Publications (including photography and graphic material)
  • Coordination of communication work product/output with other individuals/teams within SnUS and its sister companies, the firm’s business/professional consultants and advisers, other external parties (as appropriate) to implement firm initiatives and projects.
  • Relevant information gathering, analysis and reporting related to the work of the communications function and its interactions (e.g., market conditions/trends, clients, press/media coverage, etc.)
  • Planning, Managing, And Coordinating Various Communication Modes, Media, And Channels, Consistent With An Agreed Direction And Approach.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing materials and social media copy
  • Strong visual sensibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines while maintaining quality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally with at least three years working for an architecture or landscape architecture firm
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    • Salary The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 based on relevant work experience to the position.
