Communications Business Partner

Responsibilities

• stakeholder management
• messaging development
• content creation
• content curation
• program management to ensure high quality, consistent communication to our target audiences
• contribute to change management strategies and execution for strategic projects within our business areas
• collaborates closely with leadership teams, in-house design team, Communications colleagues, external agency partners and marketing teams

Requirements

• 3-5+ years working in a communications or change management related role
• Experience working on internal and external communication strategies across channels
• Very strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred

• Strong preference for experience in Life Sciences or related industry
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and high-quality standards
• Ability to apply general change management concepts to developing and implementing tactical plans
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
• Video production experience
