Job Summary

You will own the development and execution of CFHC communications across digital and in-person channels, manage the website and social media calendars, coordinate community outreach, and support HR communications, with a focus on consistent branding and cross-functional collaboration.

Executes the digital media strategy by managing online content through a variety of multimedia platforms such as the corporate website, social media channels, and intranet.
Creates social media schedule, posts content, monitors and responds to posts, and assists with generating ideas for posting on social media sites.
Maintains and updates the company website, Google Business profile, and other external sites displaying information about CFHC.
Coordinates and attends community outreach activities, including health fairs, job fairs, community events, and partner meetings, to build the organization's brand recognition. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Supports internal/HR/recruitment communications, actively contributes to HR projects or special programs, and supports HR cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Assists with HR job postings on job boards, social media, and educational institutions. Helps maintain content on the careers page and other HR-related areas on the CFHC website.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field or an associate degree with a minimum of three years' experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or digital media.
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office is required.
Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.
Knowledge of basic design principles.

Preferred

Experience with social media platforms, Adobe Suite and Canva are a plus.
