Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Communications Assistant for immediate start to support customer communications, promotional outreach, internal coordination, and client engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer communications via phone, email, and digital outreach
• Support promotional campaigns and service awareness initiatives
• Coordinate internal messaging and scheduling updates
• Help prepare marketing and communication materials
• Maintain customer databases and communication records
• Assist with local outreach events and brand promotion activities
  

Qualifications

• Previous communications, marketing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using office software and communication tools
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
  

Compensation & Benefits
