Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer and community outreach activities
- Communicate information about products, services, and promotions
- Help respond to general questions and provide accurate information
- Prepare and distribute informational and promotional materials
- Support communication activities at events and promotional locations
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant information with the team
- Assist with organizing outreach schedules and materials
- Help maintain clear and consistent communication during promotional activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and dependable
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable speaking with customers and community members
- Previous communications, customer service, retail, or promotional experience is helpful but not required
