Responsibilities

• Represent organizations, products, services, and campaigns at live events and promotional activities
• Engage directly with customers, event attendees, and members of the public
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional information
• Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement
• Explain campaign information, promotions, products, and services clearly
• Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities
• Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event operations
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, presentations, and event communications
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with team members
• Support marketing and communications initiatives before, during, and after events
