Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management
• Assist in drafting and editing newsletters, member emails, and other written content.
• Support the creation of visual and digital content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with departments to gather content and promote upcoming events or programs.
• Social Media & Digital Presence
• Manage and schedule posts across the club’s social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to member inquiries or comments as appropriate.
• Track social media analytics and prepare reports on performance metrics.
• Member & External Communications
• Support the production of internal newsletters, announcements, and event invitations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, MS Office, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
