Position Summary
Novra Corp is seeking a Communications Agent to support customer and client communications while helping maintain positive professional relationships. This role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating communication activities, providing information about company services, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with individuals through multiple channels while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding company services, programs, and processes
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and business partners
• Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer questions and service requests
• Prepare and distribute routine correspondence and communication materials

• Support customer retention efforts through consistent and professional service

Qualifications
