Communications Agent- Immediate Start

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and prospective customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate information about products, services, and company offerings clearly.
• Answer general questions and provide helpful, accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and help connect them with appropriate solutions.
• Support customer outreach and promotional communication activities.
• Participate in in-person promotional events and outreach initiatives.
• Help generate interest in the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Assist with follow-ups related to customer inquiries and outreach activities.
• Help prepare and organize promotional and informational materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public in person.
• Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Preferred

• Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
