Communications Advocate

Responsibilities

• You’ll provide a critical conduit for current and potential members while supporting their financial needs. This encompasses account and loan-related issues, processing transactions, addressing inquires, and offering solutions.
• Nonstop focus on relationship development…our members are our top priority!
• Consistent resolutions with every initial interaction.
• Utilize the necessary tools to guide members towards financial success.
• Provide accurate and complete information about Credit Union products and services.

Requirements

• This is not an entry level position, so previous banking or CU experience is a ‘gotta have’.
• Need at least one year of previous call center experience, preferably with a financial institution.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Regular and predictable attendance is “a must.”
