Communication Specialist – Digital Design, Social & Content
Max Papis Innovations (MPI) – Mooresville, NC
MPI is a U.S. market leader in professional racing steering wheels and accessories, built on 14+ years of innovation and real-world racing performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Communication Specialist to lead our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Design (Primary Focus)
* Create high-quality content using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Creative Suite
* Maintain and evolve MPI brand identity
Social Media Management
* Manage and grow MPI social channels
* Plan and execute content strategy
Website Management
* Maintain and update MPI website
* Upload products and manage content

Additional Responsibilities
* Travel to ~10 race events/year for content capture
* Archive and organize media assets
* Support product launches (visuals, video, promotion)
* Create weekly email communications
* Write press releases
* Manage partner & ambassador relationships
* Deliver monthly analytics reports

Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (required)
* Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets
* Familiarity with **Google Analytics & Google Drive
* Experience with presentation tools
* Passion for motorsports preferred

* Starting at $50,000 and up based on experience level
* 3-month evaluation period

We have more recently extended our line to include more varieties of motorsport, racing gloves, race seats recreational watercraft wheels and racing simulator wheels, equipment & accessories.
